Consulting
In addition to providing in-stock
foodservice equipment, CTL offers complete commercial kitchen design
services. CTL has designed commercial foodservice projects since 1956.
Our Contract/Design Department works with end users, architects,
engineers and contractors.
Projects can be as small as a single piece
of equipment or large enough to meet the needs of a hospital or
school. Proper equipment and the efficient use of space make
commercial kitchens more profitable workplaces. Our kitchen design
department works with you to create a kitchen that works for you.
The Contract/Design
Team
Mike Krueger - Executive Vice President.
Mike has 28 years of foodservice design experience, and specializes in
design contracts. He also handles all equipment appraisals and
consulting projects.
Tracey Westcott - CFSP Designer. Tracey is
a CFSP-registered foodservice designer with 22 years of experience in
commercial foodservice design.
Wade Abitz - Equipment Specialist. Wade,
in his 4th year with CTL, has a degree in marketing and a thorough
knowledge of foodservice equipment.
